On August 16, 2025, the last Saturday of the Hesse school holidays, the TCW Backyard Ultra will take place in Wölfersheim for the fourth time. The race starts on the hour, covering a distance of 6.706 km, which must be completed within a maximum of one hour. The race continues until only one participant remains. The course consists almost entirely of paved agricultural paths and features some elevation changes, with no shade, which can pose a particular challenge in high temperatures.
